The services they provided were great. Great cutomer service and the technicians were very professional. Thourougly explained my services and the charges. The office and atmosphere was very clean and calming while everything was being performed. Everytime. Highly recomend!!!

One of the worst experiences I've had at a dental office. While the office staff and hygienist were fine the doctor was awful. He would not look me in the eye and became annoyed with my questions, to the point where I felt I was being scolded. I did not feel confident in his assessment and did go and get a second opinion. The difference between the offices was immediate. And the doctor I will be going to was fantastic and while I do have some issues to be delt with it was not the whole mouth disaster that Dr E made it out to be. Do not recommend this office or this doctor at all

Dr. Mohamed Alazizi is awesome, so nice and friendly, he made me feel like I was part of the family. His staff are all super sweet too. Dr. Alazizi has a light touch, absolutely no pain during my dental procedures.

Superior periodontist and staff, they are helping me with a cut gum next to implants that keeps getting infected. Dr. Elazizi developed a plan to try to save my implants, where others said nothing could be done. It was an enjoyable experience to get my gum infection cleaned out and patched up as they have pretty Christmas decorations, interesting conversations, and played great music. Their expertise showed as they brilliantly completed the operation. Plus It did not hurt. I think they are super nice people and greet you with a smiling how are you? That area got infected again do to food getting trapped and they fit me on their schedule that day, cleaned out the infection and gave me an antibiotic. They are caring to get me in that day. I have to do better, not him. Thank you Space Coast Periodontics you are better than all the rest.

The doctor and his staff are wonderful! I recently had an extraction, and it was virtually pain-free. They were very thorough when discussing post-op care. Everyone from the receptionists to the dental assistants is extremely nice. My favorite would probably have to be Brittany. They all have wonderful personalities, which makes having procedures done a lit less stressful.

I can’t express how WONDERFUL the entire office staff is in this place! This is the first I’ve ever been to a dentist office where EVERY single person is friendly! Dr. Elazizi is such a sweet and amazing doctor. I’ve had several oral surgeries and every single time he has made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. His calm and patient demeanor has truly made my experience a great one, and that’s hard to find at a dentist office. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone! The entire staff has truly become family. Thank you Dr. Z and staff for being so helpful, honest, supportive but most importantly so kind. 😊

Dr. Elazizi did an outstanding job with my procedure, explaining everything clearly and making sure I felt safe and well-cared for throughout the process. The results were fantastic, and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this office for anyone in need of periodontal care!
